- Burger bun - 4 pcs
- Chicken filet - 250 g
- Fillet of chicken thighs - 480 g
- Bread crumbs - 60 g
- Olive oil - 2 tb spoon
- Mayonnaise - 140 g
- Salad greens - 40 g
- Tomatoes - 180 g
- Cheese - 50 g
- Cucumber - 120 g
- French fries - 480 g
- Vegetable oil - 1 L
- Salt - to taste
- Ketchup - 160 g
- Heavy cream - 80 ml
- Pepper - to taste
Step 1. Cut the chicken into pieces and soak in the cream, season with salt and pepper.
Step 2. Mince the meat in a food processor and divide the ground meat into portions.
Step 3. Make the patties and cover them with breadcrumbs.
Step 4. Prepare the vegetables. Slice cucumbers and tomatoes. Discard tough stems from the salad greens.
Step 5. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the patties to get the golden crust on both sides.
Step 6. Cut the buns in half and toast them on a dry pan cut size down. Spread the mayonnaise on the bottom part of the bun.
Step 7. Put a piece of lettuce, tomatoes and a patty. Cover it with a slice of cheese and cucumbers. Top it with the second part of the bun. Put the burger in a preheated oven for a minute for the cheese to melt. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and deep fry the French fries. Transfer to a paper towel and season.
