The uniqueness of Singaporean cuisine represents the most daring food fantasies combining the Chinese, Indian, Indonesian, European and Malayan culinary heritage. It impresses both by an unusual mixture of sweet and sour and by piquant aromas of spices and herbs. At our master class you will find the vivid taste of Singaporean cuisine - the culinary treasury of Asia.

Singaporean dishes are traditionally spicy, filled with mouth-watering and sizzling flavors of curry, chili peppers, turmeric, coconut milk and anise. The top ingredients are chicken, seafood, fresh vegetables, rice and various types of noodles. The most famous dishes are the incomparable Black Pepper Crab & Chili Crab, prawns in sweet and sour Chinese sauce, Hainanese Chicken Rice cooked with chili pepper and chicken fat, peppery soup Nonya Laksa with rice noodles in shrimp broth, Fried Hokkien Mee, which is noodles with shrimps and sliced pork, hot Malay chicken satay, tender squid meat in coconut milk, steamed dumplings Dim Sum and lots of other appetizing Singaporean dishes.

As for traditional Singaporean deserts, extremely fluffy Pandan Chiffon Cake, Ice Kachang (red beans with chipped ice), Juan Dui (sticky rice dough with sweet filling) and Cendol (rice jelly) are surely worth trying. Also, juicy tropical fruits, such as durians (or «the King of Fruits») with their strong odour, sweet lychees, jackfruits, mangosteens or rambutans are often used as ingredients for recipes.

At our studio you will make traditional dishes and also try modern fusion recipes of the Singaporean cuisine with our pro chefs. Open the true taste of savoury Singaporean food created with your own hands and be ready for a great feast of contrasting flavors at our hands-on Singaporean cuisine cooking classes.

The average class duration is 3 — 3.5 hours.

Immediately welcomed with a drink, chef apron, and fresh finger foods.Giulio, one of the founders, took time to show us the venue and treated us as family. Then Antonio our chef came in and took over the room. His charm, and genuine love for cooking was gushing. We learned how to cut, prepare from SCRATCH a pasta with some of the freshest ingredients I've had in Singapore. We also learned how to make fresh ice cream.
