French cuisine is historically known as the queen of culinary arts. Its dishes are the epitome of elegance, delicacy and perfect taste. Be it an expensive restaurant in Paris or a small family village —the table will be laid with great French finesse, so that you feel the pleasure of taste even before you try the very first dish. Explore the exquisite tastes of French dishes at French master classes at CULINARYON - our chefs know all about it and even more.

Traditionally, each region in France has its own cuisine. Since ancient times, cooking and eating is not just a simple process, but a special beautiful feast with its own traditions. One of the most surprising features of French cuisine is the absence of dairy products and cereals. As an exception, they only use various cheeses made of cow, sheep and goat's milk.

Another special feature is their love for sauces – there are more than 3,000 of them to add rich flavors and harmonise the taste of food. The top ingredients are veal, poultry, various seafood, fresh vegetables like spinach, potatoes, eggplants, tomatoes, artichokes, asparagus and an abundance of fragrant herbs and seasonings.

Under the tactful guidance of our chefs in our French cuisine master classes, you will learn to carefully choose ingredients like a real Frenchman and cook the most famous and flavorful dishes from the following list:

  • Tuna Tar Tar;
  • Mushroom soup “Velouté”;
  • Duck Confit with apples and chocolate sauce;
  • Lamb chop with pistachio crust;
  • Lava Cake with vanilla ice-cream;
  • Profiteroles with hazelnut cream.

At the end of the session, you will enjoy tasting your freshly-made dishes at a finely laid table and have a glass of good French wine.

Geraldinel: In a setting like those studios you see on cooking TV shows, you get to get hands-on and play a part in cooking delicious food from scratch, all whilst bonding with your friends or family. I got to make prawn bisque pasta (from the dough) and vanilla ice cream with my colleagues - we sure had a laughter and fun-filled evening!
