Step 1. Pour the coconut milk into a saucepan and immerse the diced meat.
Step 2. Add a tablespoon of paste «Massperemeshayte».
* The structure of this traditional Thai paste includes dried red chilies, shallots, garlic, galangal, lemongrass, white coriander, cumin, white pepper, shrimp paste and salt. You can buy this pasta in Thai stores or do it yourself!
Step 3. Add the chili pepper to taste, sugar, and do not forget the shallots. Simmer on low heat, covered, for 1-1.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
Step 4. Cut potatoes into cubes.
Step 5. Add the potatoes to the skillet and stir. Simmer for another 20 minutes until cooked potatoes. The dish is served as a stew. Garnish with a sprig of cilantro meat and peanuts.
