Salad with cucumber and mollusk in spicy sauce
Bright salad with marinated escargot, fruits and vegetables under spicy dressing.

- Pineapple - 280 g
- Onion - 150 g
- Fresh cucumbers - 250 g
- Lime juice - 30 ml
- Garlic - 20 g
- Chili pepper fresh - 20 g
- Peanuts peeled - 40 g
- Cilantro fresh - 12 g
- White sesame - 8 g
- Chives - 8 g
- Sesame oil - 40 g
- Sea salt - 12 g
- Soy sauce - 80 ml
- Oyster sauce - 80 ml
- Marinated escargot - 300 g
Step 1. Slice cucumbers.
Step 2. Peel pineapple and cut into middle pieces.
Step 3. Peel onion and cut into half rings.
Step 4. Cut chili pepper into halves, remove seeds and cut into strips lengthwise.
Step 5. Cut chives into pieces.
Step 6. Put marinated escargot into a bowl together with the other ingredients.
Step 7. Season with sesame oil. Add lime juice.
Step 8. Combine soy and oyster sauces and add to the salad. Season to taste. Serve the salad decorated with peanuts, sesame and chopped cilantro.
