Black pepper beef

Delicious roast beef with a sweet, chilli and black pepper.

Ingredients:
  • Garlic - 25 g
  • Shallot - 300 g
  • Ginger - 150 g
  • Leek - 160 g
  • Sweet pepper - 200 g
  • Roast beef - 620 g
  • Vegetable oil - 120 g
  • Chili pepper fresh - 20 g
  • Butter 82% - 60 g
  • Oyster sauce - 20 ml
  • Soy sauce - 40 ml
  • Water - 160 ml
  • Corn starch - 80 g
  • Black pepper ground - 15 g

Recipe

Step 1. Chop garlic. Cut shallot into quarters. Cut leek into pieces 3-5 cm long, slice ginger.



Step 2. Cut beef into thin pieces, fry in vegetable oil for 30 sec. Take out from the oil.



Step 3. In the same oil fry ginger slices till brown. Add shallot and garlic, fry, add chili pepper, soy and oyster sauce, fry for a while.



Step 4. Add beef, butter and black pepper, stir.



Step 5. 
Add sweet pepper, cut into strips, leek and water. Add corn starch dissolved in water, stir and stew. Lay out the meat on a plate, season well with black pepper.
