Cooking courses and classes in culinary school
It has been great and wonderful experience for us to have our IRD Teambuilding cooking school at CulinaryON. We never expect cooking challenge can be so fun and indeed a great learning point for all of us. We experience a lot of teamwork and laughter throughout the whole challenge, bringing the entire participants closer together.
Word on the ground was that it was fun day for everyone. The time spent with Chef Luca and Chef Antonio and his assistants were great. It was an interactive team learning activities that brought all of us together.
Some key highlights and learning points observed:-
1. It is not easy to be a Chef. Need someone with passion, able to multitasking, time is precious, creativity, commitment to quality result, attention to details, quick decisions, a good team player, fast and efficient and what is important able to handle criticism (as there is no guarantee that everyone will always love the food cooked by the Chef). Personally, I felt these are the qualities/characteristics required in our daily life and at work.
2. Kitchen space was well equipped and conducive
3. Both the MCs (Karen and Devika) and the Chefs were of great help and made the event truly enjoyable.
4. The execution of activities and the sequence of events were smooth and according to our plan
5. All in all it was an enjoyable day from 9.30am to 5.00pm for everyone involved.
On this note, a special mention to you, Eric Toh as the Event Manager in meeting our expectations throughout the entire event from the starts.

Organised an OCBC Corporate Team Building event with Culinary on from 2-5pm on a Friday for 30 pax which turned out to be an amazing experience, not just for the organising team, but also for every single participant.
The organising team worked closely with Alena, a senior business development manager, to get everything in order including a customisable menu which was important given a wide array of dietary restrictions. The price charged was well worth it, because the experience brought an entire team together in laughter and encouragement.
Will recommend individuals and corporates to give this a try, you will keep on coming back for more! On behalf of my team, thanks Alena for giving us the confidence to push ahead; it was indeed a great experience!

Culinary On has enabled us to experience one of the most fun and engaging team bonding events we have ever had. The corporate team building program allows the participants to cook and learn recipes together while picking up new skills in cooking. It was smiles and laughter all the way as everyone unleashed and channeled their inner Chefs, under the Culinary On’s Chefs and hosts who kept everyone entertained the whole time. The best part was getting to eat a really good meal you prepared and enjoy it with colleagues and friends. This was all made possible with such great and warm staff who made all arrangements so organized and seamless, from the venue setting, drinks/starters, down to the minute details of decorations on the wall. All of this created a truly unforgettable event for the team!

CulinaryOn offered our Regional MDs an opportunity to be fully engaged in an activity and accomplish goals as a team, all while having fun. Not only did you allow us to customize our menu to cater to the few vegetarians in our group, you even went so far as cooking a wheat pasta specially for the only vegan in the team. Thank you so much for doing it!

We really wanted to thank CulinaryOn cooking school for organizing a wonderful and most engaging team building session on 12 Nov for the BD SEA Leadership team. First, having an offsite meeting at your well-equipped and comfortable conference room was already a pleasant experience. The culinary teambuilding that followed was truly fun and engaging. We never knew that kneading and stretching a dough of pasta could be so energizing and exhilarating. Thanks for Chef Antonio Massagli, event master Soe Laminn Maw, and another culinary team members. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, left behind fond memories and captured many memorable (comical) pictures. Much thanks must go to you for all your excellent organization and recommendations – from timing of event, use of conference room to the type of lunch spread and the selection of cuisine for teambuilding. Without your expert guidance, we would not have such an engaging variety of activities making the day really enjoyable and worthwhile. My overseas colleagues were really impressed. Your follow-up on all admin and logistic matters was also punctual and effective. We look forward to working (or cooking) with you in the future.

We hosted three dinners at CulinaryOn studio, and I wanted to write to tell you how impressed I was with the team we were fortunate enough to work with: Melinda – handled our booking from start to finish and stayed for each of the events. She was on hand on all three days to trouble shoot and to “fetch and carry” for anything we requested or needed on the day. She was always friendly and professional and made my life, as the organiser much less stressful Rohan – our chef Louise Miller was impressed with Rohan’s skill, attention to detail and willingness to get in and do whatever was asked. He helped her navigate the unfamiliar kitchen. Dharvin – our wonderful barmen for all three nights. He was a rock star behind the bar and really executed the wine service with excellence. Devika, Zarrah, Mia and Ivano – I will be very honestly, I was a little worried about how service would go as I know this isn’t an area you generally cover, however, Devika, Zaarah, Mia and Ivano were amazing. They were quick to learn how to set a “silver service” style dining table. Were happy to learn from our “head of service” Andrea and generally made the running of the events that much easier as well as adding a flavour of fun. I wouldn’t hesitate to use your facilities again, (whether it be for an event like the one we just had, or a team building cooking event) or to recommend you to our clients/friends.
